About the Project
Place 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream in a small jar with a screw on jar lid. Shake for about 20 minutes until butter separates from the buttermilk. Drain buttermilk. Add 1/8 of a tsp of salt and one drop of yellow food coloring. Stir until mixed, chill in refrigerator.
